Salts we used:

Magnesium Epsom Salt helps relax muscles and relieve pain, stabilize mood and relieve stress, anxiety and depression.

Himalayan Pink Salt - Skin Detox, improves uneven skin tone, acts as skin toner, tightens skin, shrinks pores.

 How to use:

• For regular size tub: Use between 4-8 heaped tablespoons, depending on your preference, of bath salts and put in tub under running hot water.

• Run your hands back and forth in the tub water to agitate the water which will help dissolve salts.
