At 7th Cloud Natural Skincare, we create gentle, thoughtful skincare designed for everyday use and real New Zealand lifestyles.
Our products are made in small batches using carefully chosen ingredients — including plant oils, botanical extracts and traditional skincare ingredients such as tallow — selected for how they feel on the skin and how they perform in simple, balanced formulations.
We focus on uncomplicated skincare that supports skin comfort and helps maintain healthy-looking skin, without exaggerated promises or unnecessary additions.
Our story
7th Cloud began with a simple goal: to create natural skincare that feels good to use and fits easily into everyday life.
Living in New Zealand means our skin is exposed to changing weather, dry winds, strong sun and seasonal shifts. Over time, we noticed many people were looking for skincare that felt deeply nourishing, gentle and practical — especially for daily use.
What started with handmade soaps has grown into a wider range of natural skincare, including soaps, balms, body care, face care and aromatherapy products — all made with the same philosophy: keep it gentle, keep it honest, and keep it thoughtful.
A note about our name
Formerly known as 7th Cloud Soaps & Body Products, we are now 7th Cloud Natural Skincare — a name that better reflects our growing skincare range
As our range has grown beyond soap into a wider collection of skincare — including balms, face care and body care — we felt it was important that our name clearly reflects what we do today.
7th Cloud Natural Skincare better represents our focus on everyday skincare, thoughtful formulations and gentle products designed for real skin and real life.
While our name has changed, everything else remains the same:
- the same small NZ business
- the same product philosophy
- the same commitment to quality and care

Why we use tallow
Tallow has a long history in traditional skincare and soap making. We use carefully sourced, high-quality tallow in selected products because of its:
- rich, comforting texture
- ability to help reduce the feeling of dryness
- suitability for simple, fragrance-light formulations
In our range, tallow is used thoughtfully — not in every product, but where it makes sense. Our tallow soaps are already part of the 7th Cloud range, and we are gradually introducing tallow balms as a natural extension of this approach.
We believe in offering choice, which is why our range continues to include both plant-based and tallow-based skincare options.

All 7th Cloud products are handmade in New Zealand in small batches. This allows us to maintain quality, consistency and care at every stage of production.
