This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works at 7th Cloud Natural Skincare. For the most up-to-date delivery options and pricing, please see our Delivery page and the rates shown at checkout.
Order processing
We aim to process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During busy periods (sales, holidays), dispatch may take slightly longer.
New Zealand shipping
We offer the following New Zealand delivery options:
- Free delivery: Postal code 7910

Urban (NZ):
- Standard Tracked — $7.50 NZD
- Courier + Signature — $9.00 NZD

Rural (NZ):
- Rural Tracked — $13.00 NZD
- Rural Courier + Signature — $17.40 NZD
Tracking is provided for tracked/courier services.
International shipping
International delivery options are based on economy shipping rates for orders up to 2.5kg and up to NZ$250 product value.
Tracking is available for most, but not all countries/regions on economy shipping.
United States: Due to recent changes in U.S. import rules, we are temporarily unable to ship parcels to the United States.
If you need courier/express, or your order is over 2.5kg / NZ$250, or you want to confirm tracking availability, please contact us for a quote before placing your order.
Low-waste packaging
We pack orders using reused and recycled materials where possible. You may receive your parcel in a repurposed box or recycled bag (clean, safe, and carefully packed).
Address details
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can resend it once returned, but additional shipping costs may apply.
Delivery issues, delays, and lost parcels
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are managed by the carrier. If your tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or your parcel appears lost, contact us and we’ll assist.
Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and items so we can help resolve it.
Duties & taxes (international)
International orders may be subject to local duties, taxes, or import fees. These are the customer’s responsibility (unless stated otherwise at checkout).
