Ingredients we used we used:
Magnesium Epsom Salt helps relax muscles and relieve pain, stabilize mood and relieve stress, anxiety and depression.
Lemon Cold Pressed Essential Oil - helps clarify the mind, aiding concentration and steadying nervousness or agitation. It uplifts and provides a sense of space and when feeling overwhelmed or mentally fatigued and unable to make decisions.
Mandarin Cold Pressed Essential Oil - has an uplifting and calming nature that instils a happy, sunny and more playful mood. Great for children and adults to soothe stress, low mood, nervous tension, irritability and sleeplessness.
How to use:
- For a regular size tub: Use between 4-8 heaped tablespoons, depending on your preference, of bath salts and put in tub under running hot water
- Run your hands back and forth in the tub water to agitate the water which will help dissolve salts.
