Ingredients we used:

Magnesium Epsom Salt helps relax muscles and relieve pain, stabilize mood and relieve stress, anxiety and depression.

Sodium Bicarbonate and Citric Acid - clean, deodorize, repair skin, and strengthen blood vessels. These two ingredients leave you with healthier, glowing, younger looking skin.

Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate (SLSA) is naturally derived from coconut oil, offers rich lather and gentle cleansing without the irritation - perfect for sensitive skin.

How to use

• For regular size tub: Use between 4-8 heaped tablespoons, depending on your preference, of bath salts and put in tub under running hot water.

• Run your hands back and forth in the tub water to agitate and help dissolve the salts, which also creates bigger, more luxurious bubbles. Relax and enjoy.
